MISSION STATEMENT

In a marketplace with companies making lofty marketing claims and vying for customers in Northern Illinois, being a NISBA Accredited Business enables consumers to identify you as a trustworthy company. The Northern Illinois Small Business Association logo provides customer trust behind it that any NISBA business is licensed with a state government agency, has a certificate of insurance and that any reviews placed on the NISBA website are verified customers

OUR PURPOSE

Starting a business, although simple, is not easy. You are going to be investing your hard-earned money and time into a business that you expect to see results in. Many business owners know how to do something very well but lack the experience in running a business. What about you? Do you really know how to run a business, read financials, market to the right audience, or manage employees? Whether you have a business idea already or just know you are destined to own your own business the Northern Illinois Small Business Association is here to help you understand the steps it takes to start a business in Northern Illinois. NISBA was founded in as a private not-for-profit association located throughout Northern Illinois. Northern Illinois Small Business Association will run educational and networking programs each year. Our purpose is to enhance the support, resources, and networking it provides to its members while also providing consumers in Northern Illinois residents verification that they will be dealing with licensed, insured, and reputable companies.
